Bodegas Roda Reserva Rioja 2005 Vintage

A great vintage of dry weather with very little rain and lots of heat. Pure and intense fruit flavours as well as an abundance of tertiary aromas make for a wine that will age beautifully.  Deep colour, purple hue on the rim. The nose presents dark cherry, black plum, cedar and cocoa. On the palate, a deep richness of dark fruit and chocolate. Great volume and softening tannins. Bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and ageing well. Expect a truly exceptional wine with great depth and length.
