This is the outcome of an "assemblage" between one-third barrel-fermented wine and two-thirds wine fermented in stainless steel tanks and in concrete tanks. It blends the acidity and spark of the Verdejo grape with the structure and complexity brought from the part that is fermented in barrels.
An organically farmed 100% Verdejo. Fresh aromatic nose, green apples and stone fruits, revealing floral notes as well as a lightly grassy character. Clean and fresh on the palate, marked by a refreshing edge of acidity and a lovely herbaceous touch with juicy mandarin orange, while the oak is practically unnoticed it lends to a well structured and complexed wine.
