3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is made by ripening of cherries (both the flesh and the seeds) in young Lambic which can take between 6 and 8 months. The beer is then bottled and matured for at least 4 months in a warm room where the spontaneous fermentation in the bottle is done. No flavourings, sweeteners, or dyes added which makes this beer very natural and is especially thirst quenching.
