Springfield Estate Albarino

The classic Spannish and Portuguese grape variety grown in the town of Robertson in the famous Western Cape wine region of South Africa. Sringfield Estate practice minimal intervention in their wines to get the best expression of the fruit the vines provide year by year. 

Stainless steel fermentation, expect all the same freshness, citrus, green apples notes you expect from Albarino.  With a mineral edge, and add some subtle new world tropical hints and a little more body than Iberian counterparts.
