Sassi Rosa Sangiovese

Sassi Rosa is a pure Sangiovese from Tenuta Baroni Campanino near Assisi, Umbria, made in collaboration with The Terroirs Project. The vineyards lie within the protected landscape of Mount Subasio, where biodynamic farming practices guide the work.

A fresh, savoury red with cherry fruit, dried-herb notes and lively acidity. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, it is bottled without fining or filtration.
