A modern organic Crianza, made using 100% Temranillo grapes. Hand harvested and indigenous yeast fermentation. Oak ageing between 14-18 months in French barrels mixed between new and old.
Bright cherry and strawberry joined by darker plum and blackberry. Balanced with well integrated oak notes of vanilla and clove and tobacco. This is a medium to full bodied wine with silky tannins.
