Lough Gill Cromlech is an indulgent, tiramisu-inspired barrel-aged imperial stout from Lough Gill Brewing Co. in Sligo. A new release in the brewery's 2026 Barrel Aged Series, made with Marsala barrels as part of its collaboration with Boann Distillery.

After slow ageing in Marsala barrels, this powerful stout is blended with chocolate and coffee to evoke the classic Italian dessert. Expect rich cocoa, freshly ground coffee and smooth chocolate, complemented by deep, fortified Marsala-wine notes from the barrels. Full-bodied, decadent and warming, Cromlech is a stout designed for slow sipping.
