F4lse Prophet is an intensely flavourful whiskey barrel aged imperial stout with a rich profile and a huge depth of complexity to explore. Brewed exclusively for our 4th birthday, this small batch stout uses 4 distinct grains in the mash: barley, rye, wheat and oats.
Tasting Notes:
As a result, you can expect a full and smooth mouthfeel, with malt tones that match the deep colour. Although hops are prominent, the whiskey and wood character takes centre stage in F4lse Prophet. This character is supported by notes of coffee, chocolate, dark fruits and burnt grain. The high ABV as well as the prominence of the whiskey contributes to the warmth and the finish of this limiDEAD Edition beer.
