Barrel Aging:	Initially aged in ex – bourbon casks for a minimum of 14 years, the whiskey is then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
Filtration:	Non Chill Filtered.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich on the nose, which shows good age complexity, intense aromas of malt and fruit with notes of spices, roasted nuts, vanilla and dark chocolate.

Palate: Really deep and complex with flavours of sweet fruits, dark chocolate and nutty sherry maltiness with spicy pleasant wooden notes of vanilla and pepper.

Finish: Long finish with lingering notes of sweetness, sherried maltiness and dark chocolate.
