Knappogue Castle 14 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is richer and more complex limited edition whiskey aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks.

Barrel Aging: “Twin Wood”. This bottling is the marrying of whiskeys separately matured in American ex – bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks.
Filtration: Non Chill Filtered.
Volume: 700ml
Age: 14 Year Old.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aroma of apple pie with plum and apricot notes, together with vanilla, barley and biscuits.
Palate: The body is rich and fruity with flavours of green apple with grapefruit zest.
Finish: Medium length finish, fruity notes with sweet vanilla and pleasant barley.
