A fantastic blend of 90% Malbec with about 10% of Tannat and Merlot to add more depth and structure. All grapes are grown organically, biodynamically, sustainably, and there is minimal intervention in the wine making process, with natural filtration and a small amount of sulfites added at bottling.
Rich and robust, deep colour and intense nose as soon as the bottle is open. Dark fruits, prunes and blackberries. 24 months in French oak. Deep spice notes of cinnamon, leather, cedar, tobacco, cocoa.
