During fermentation the wine was pumped for a few minutes every day. Pressed and transferred into stainless steel vessels for malolactic fermentation. Aged for 2 months in French oak old barrels.

Flavours of red fruit and citric. Aromas of blood orange and pomelo. A hint of a spice layer making it an easy and enjoyable drink.
