Forrer Massard Bellesa Perfecta White Priorat

A unique white wine from a region better known from its red wines, this wine is a true expression of the environment of its growing season. 

Grapes are pressed whole bunch, and fermented primarily in stainless steel. Battonage over a two week period post fermentation broadens the mouthfeel. Every effort is made to keep oxygenation low, to preserve the fresh fruit character. 

With 100% Grenache Blanc and more protective winemaking, the wine shows bright fresh fruit character. The warmth of the vintage, along with slightly reduced yields, brings a richer mouthfeel to the wine.
