Bodega Escudero "Logos I" Navarre

The deep ruby colour comes from 30 days of maceration of the Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was aged for 18 months in new French (70%) and new American (30%) oak, before 8 years of bottling in pristine conditions. 

The result is a wonderful and complex wine with fantastic structure bod and layers of flavours. Rich cherry and plum are the first fruit flavours that burst form the glass. Followed by sweet vanilla and cedar. Structured tannins and fresh acidity, make this an ideal pairing with roast meats and semi hard cheeses.
