Straw colour with yellow, greenish fractures. Aromas of apricots, acacia honey and coconut. Soft creamy structure and rich minerality with a hint of salt. Harvested from three vineyards, the bunches were selected, and the wine was spontaneously fermented in steel tanks, then aged for 3 months in barrels.
