From Italy's coolest wine climate, the Alto Adige. This Pinot Grigio is straw yellow in colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 4 months. This stands out from other Pinot Grigio grown in Italy, it has a rounder body, softer and more velvety mouthfeel.
Pronounced floral notes on the nose followed by peach and melon on the palate, with some nice minerality.
