Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of spices and wood together with vanilla, chocolate, honeycomb and coffee notes, whilst the balancing rich fruit aromas of red berries, pineapple and ripe banana compliment the subtle aromatic oils.

Palate: Robust yet mellow with flavours of spices and Irish oak with hints of clove and cinnamon followed by dairy fudge and milk chocolate sweetness combined with a touch of stewed apple.

Finish: An exceptionally long finish with notes of sweet spices slowly give away final bow to Irish oak.
