Locavore Summer 2024 is a honey and elderflower wheat beer brewed with heather honey supplied by OpenHive and foraged elderflower from near the Hop Farm.
Tasting Notes:
The bees worked hard in the Wicklow mountains to gather the nectar needed to make beautiful heather honey which adds a unique characteristic to this beer, complimented well by the freshly foraged elderflower. Hopped with Idaho 7, Honey, Elderflower.
