This wine is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. The grapes are gently macerated before the pressing process, then the must is taken to stainless steel tanks, where it is fermented with natural yeasts at cold temperatures. Subsequently the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 months before stabilizing, filtering and bottling.
Aromatic notes of varied fruits;dates and bananas stand out.It has woody and toasted notes. Fresh flavor and character, with balanced acidity and meaty texture on the palate with a powerful aftertaste.
