Made with a base of organic apple brandy that we source from Highbank Distillery in Kilkenny. Upon this base, Beara build a flavour profile with whole herbs and spices. Spice infusions include lemon peel, orange peel, cloves, raisins, gentian, cinchona bark, star anise, cassia, wild cherry bark, allspice, cocoa husk and vanilla.
