De Castellane Champagne Brut Rosé is a delicate salmon pink in colour. On the complex and elegant nose it has fruity aromas of strawberry and red currant with floral notes. The palate is well balanced by freshness and roundness with hints of forest fruits and strawberry compote.
De Castellane Champagne Brut Rosé should ideally be served at around 10°C as an aperitif on a friendly evening. It can accompany savoury dishes such as salmon but also works very well with summer fruit puddings such as strawberry tart, fruit salad and sorbet.
