chimay premiere (red)

Chimay Red gets it's name from it's coppery colour in the glass with a creamy off white head.The fermentation gives off a slight fruity apricot aroma which is also felt in the mouth. This traditional Trappist beer is to be savoured.

Good with saffron and fish.
