Juve y Camps Reserva de la Familia Brut is a 'brut nature' style of Cava in which there is no extra sugar added after the secondary fermentation. Bone dry and well refined, this could easily be confused with to quality Champagne. It has lots of yeasty, bready notes with a hint of sallty sea air and good fruit levels.
