Initial aroma of a certain reduction very characteristic of this type of wine. by beating it for a few seconds in the same glass, we achieve the intensity of the fragrance of a beautiful garden of fruits and flowers; strawberries and raspberries are interspersed with a slight caramel aroma of violets. It was a very interesting wine because of its appetizing acidity and especially because of how fun it is.
