Garage has collaborated with Cyclic Beer Farm to bring you Cap’n Freakflag a bitter session which is a pretty simple beer that eeks complexity out of the few quality ingredients contain within.
Tasting Notes:
A malt base of Maris Otter was given an extended boil until it reached a light golden to amber colour and was concentrated with beautiful biscuit and caramel character. Three hop additions during the boil of three different varieties give a blend of earthy marmalade and a white pepper spiciness.
