Bernhard Ott is seen as one of the principal Gruner Vletliner producers in Austria. This wine, Der Ott, is made up of select grapes from his top vineyards. The wine is precise in its pure and straight flavours, but also rich and textured. Expect citrus, pear, white pepper, fresh herbs and wet stone. Bright acidity, velvety texture from time in neutral oak, long saline finish. All grapes are grown using organic and biodynamic practices.
