Golden yellow colour, very bright old gold and marked tears with greenish reflections. On the nose, white flowers, stone fruit with hints of honey, cereal, apricot and aniseed. Easy on the palate, with volume and marked acidity with a balanced finish. It has been aged for 8 months in 600-litre French oak barrels.
