100% Bobal from Manchuela in central Spain. This red is oozing with juicy blackberry, sour cherry, violets and herbs. Typical Bobal tends to be a bit heavier than this fresh wine, still a medium full bodied wine with nice dark and red fruit notes and lots to take in on the nose and on the palate.
Whole bunch fermentation leads to the wonderful herbaceous and violet notes, the higher altitude old vines allows for great fruit purity.
