A blend of 85% Verdejo, 13% Malvasia and a small dash of other local varieties to the Castilla region, this white is bright and rounded with great texture. The Verdejo is fermented in concrete tanks after a small window of skin contact, it then gets about 3 months on the lees. the rest of the grapes get aged in large french oak barrels to soften.
Bright pears, white peach, citrus notes and undercurrent of herbs and subtle honey. Fresh acidity and velvety texture, a really well balanced and compllex wine.
