A field blend of old vine Portuguese grapes, such as Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet. It has a bright ruby colour, and has a range of red and black fruits on the nose and palate. There is a certain earthiness and nice spice notes. Handpicked, fermented in concrete tanks and aged in old French oak for extra texture and roundness.
