Domaine André Moingeon Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Sur Gamay 2022

An elegant Premier Cru white Burgundy from Domaine André Moingeon & Fils in Saint-Aubin. Made from Chardonnay grown on the Sur Gamay climat, this combines ripe orchard and citrus fruit with floral notes, fresh mineral tension and a long, chalky finish.

The vineyard has a south-west exposure at around 341 metres. The domaine practises environmentally respectful viticulture, limits intervention in the vineyard, ferments with indigenous yeasts and ages the wine for 12 months in oak barrels.
