From the iconic Pauillac Chateau named after it's wine merchant forefather Thomas Lynch, who's father emigrated form Galway in the 1600's. This vintage follows in quality from 2018 and 2019. As well as being of the best of the region in this year. Excellent purity and deep concentration of flavours.
Structure is stand out, with amazing cassis and ripe bramble and cherry on the nose and palate. Cabernet Sauvignon dominant at (70%), Merlot (24%), Cabernet Franc (4%) and Petit Verdot (2%). Round and fresh acidity, but doesn't take from the fleshy richness.
