From the family run Bussay winery in Hungary, using the native Tramini grape. This wine is made in one of the oldest ways to make sparkling wine. The bottling occurs just before the full fermentation is complete, leading to CO2 being produced in the bottle. One of the best ways to get fine bubbles. We have a creamy and biscuity wine with lots of fresh stone fruits like apricot and peach.
