Angus Paul Barbary Fictions Chenin Blanc

Angus Paul is part of a new wave of South /African wine makers, focusing on minimal intervention and creating more elegant wines that better represent their terroir. 

This Chenin Blanc comes from fruit grown on vines over 50 years old, it is naturally fermented and aged in old oak barrels. The charecter is fruity and expresive. Half the barrels undergod malo fermentation, which adds great texture and a velvety mouthfeel. Bright fruit notes of apple, lemongrass and apricots, blanced perfectly with a stone minerality.
