Fercullen 15 year old Irish whiskey is distilled from a mash of corn and malt and initially matured for 15 years in high quality, first-fill ex bourbon barrels. Some of this whiskey is then finished in second-fill Madeira casks to impart a depth of flavour and dried fruit spice
