Every precious drop has been triple distilled at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney. Distilled using malted Irish barley that lends an elegant, full body and depth. Aged in single-use Kentucky Bourbon casks, hand selected by Head Distiller Brian Taft, to lend an intriguing balance of vanilla and wood spice.

Caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and freshly roasted coffee on the nose. Beautiful notes of honey, roasted nuts, and ripe apple, followed by a spicy warmth on the palate. A lingering, elegant finish.
