Dingle Single Malt Grianstad An Gheimhridh 50.5% ABV

The 5th in the Wheel of the Years Series this release honours the ancient Celtic celebration of Grianstad an Gheimhridh, the winter solstice. Grianstad translates to ‘the stopping of the sun’, and Dingle Grianstad an Gheimhridh Single Malt is a testament to a time of year that is all about the dark of night drawing in.

Fruity aromas of blackcurrant jelly, pomegranate, cinnamon toast, and warm ginger on the nose. The palate has red berry fruits and dark chocolate with a sense of warm cloves and creamy soft fudge. The finish is slightly spicy with a lingering sweetness.
