Mór Bier is a beer born from friendship, and a love of tradition, flavour and fermentation. A collaboration between Wicklow Wolf and Gubbeen Farmhouse, this 6.0% Bock is a nod to tradition and taste, the key values behind Gubbeen.
This is a beer rooted in connection. Gubbeen, based in Schull, West Cork, is renowned not just for its farmhouse cheeses and cured meats, but also for the craftsmanship of Fingalferguson and his hand-forged knives made in the farm workshop. A long-time friend of Wicklow Wolf, Fingal has shared many a sauna and pints with our co-founder Simon – and it’s from these moments that this collaboration was born.
