We’ve taken a pastry stout approach to this Black IPA, with blueberry, coconut and vanilla.
Tasting Notes:
Hopped with Mosaic, for tropical and dark berry fruit flavours, and a touch of Sabro for creamy coconut, pineapple and lime. We also added copious amounts of blueberry puree to enhance the dark fruit feel, with coconut and vanilla bringing the creamy cocktail vibes to this BIPA, which is a hefty 7.5%
