Hope Limited Edition No. 40 is a hazy, juicy Double New England IPA at 8% ABV, inspired by Brasserie Nautile in Nantes.
Malted and flaked oats give it a full flavour and soft mouthfeel. Strata, Idaho 7, El Dorado and Zappa hops bring tropical notes of passionfruit, melon, pineapple and mango, with hints of candy, tea tree and mild spice.
Bitterness: 24 IBU
Food pairing: Spicy curries, buffalo wings, grilled meats and pulled pork.
