Tasting Notes:
NPC is fermented with a thiolyzed yeast strain to extract more thiols and mega dry hopped from Citra, El Dorado, Motueka and Mosaic. NPC is a real fruit bomb with notes of grape, lime sorbet, ripe papaya and sweet melon.
