2025 marks the 12th anniversary of the release of Of Foam & Fury, one of Ireland’s first Double IPAs, and a lot has changed since then. To celebrate we are brewing some new reinterpretations using the classic recipe.
With this limited edition we’ve gone all in with the full modern representation of this recipe. Triple dry hopped and loaded with Simcoe. For this edition, we’ve returned to Simcoe, which was always the driving force behind this distinctive dank DIPA. Simcoe is a glorious hop packed with pine and citrus and brings us back to the great California DIPAs we fell in love with all those years ago. We’ve built on a new pillowy base of oats, wheat and pale malt that gives a modern canvas that allows the classic California hops to sing.
