Due to the fragile nature of some of our gift packs (particularly those containing glass bottles or glassware), orders being shipped outside of Dublin may arrive with the gift packaging flat-packed separately from the bottles and glasses.
This is to prevent damage during transit, as our courier DPD uses conveyor-belt sorting systems that can be unsuitable for delicate packaged items.
