Established in 2018 by young couple Caroline and Hervé. They have found themselves settled in some of the best land in the region. Practicing organic and on their way to being fully certified. The emphasis is on the grapes and the land. Minimal intervention, the juice does the talking.
Medium bodied Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, specifically the region of Saumur Champigny. Red cherries, raspberries. Hints of spice and earthy notes. Soft, present tannins make this wine incredibly versatile, have it with food or on it's own, ideal with a BBQ in nice weather.
