Peroni Gran Riserva Doppio Malto Bock characteristic spicy aroma is obtained through extended mashing at low temperatures and the use of special caramelized malts.
This bock is an intense beer, with aromas of cereals and spices, and a delicate fruity aftertaste that makes it balanced and not overpowering. The recipe uses 100% Italian bronze malt and no unmalted cereals.
