Tasting Notes

Nose: Very rich nose. Rich stoned fruit sweetness. Cherries and apricots in the foreground.

Palate: Surpisingly smooth on the palate. The sherry cask aging is very prominate as is the Redbreast trademark. Fruit sweetness intensifies but this is really well balanced by the winter spice notes. There is cinnamon and nutmeg. There is also some citrus notes with a light orange peel opening up.

Finish: Medium finish. Citrusy and sweet.
