Irishman Cask Strength is a Small Batch Irish Whiskey distilled 3 times and carefully aged in American Oak Casks. On the nose a combination of soft bourbon and malty notes with touch of ginger. The palate is soft and very lightly malted with dry oak and bittersweet notes. Long finish with hints of rich chocolate and sophisticated spices.
