longueville house irish apple brandy 500 ml, 40% ABV

Longueville House Apple Brandy double distilled from Irish Apples grown in the Blackwater Valley, county Cork. Once the cider is made, resulting in a rich amber colour it is poured into pot stills where it is distilled into an apple brandy. It is then aged for four years in French oak barrels. During the maturing process, the brandy draws out the tannins from the oak wood. The resulting brandy is rich with the aroma of apples, smooth and full bodied on the palate. It develops a rich, dark colour after four years resting in the oak barrels.
