A five-part peated blend with a triple cask finish. Inspired by Micil’s rich distilling heritage, it embodies the fruit spice of the finest Connemara ‘fuisce’ and the peat smoke of the illicit stills and kilns of Inverin.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Great balance of peat and charred wood smoke.
Palate: Filled with baked apples and pears, an abundance of vanilla and honey sweetness, along with pink peppercorn spice.
