Blackwater Juniper Cask Gin is a special edition of gin aged with juniper wood for 30 days. It's made with slightly different recipe by using more sweeter roots to balance juniper wood. It is a straw in colour. The palate is complex and aromatic with plenty of character and a wonderful long finish.
